Amanda is an Obesity Practitioner and weight-loss specialist.

She has been involved in the food and nutrition industry for over twenty years and is qualified as a Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.  Supporting this, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience of food and how to eat a nutritious diet without ever feeling hungry.

Amanda has stated that one of her greatest pleasures of working as a health and nutrition coach is watching her clients become healthier and happier as a result of her advice and guidance.
